I'm a qualified NCPS registered counsellor offering a warm and non-judgmental space to explore life's challenges.
My therapeutic approach is informed by CBT and shaped by Person Centred and Gestalt theory, tailored to support you as a unique individual.
Working together, I can help you reconnect with your true self and engage in making lasting change.

I’m a qualified counsellor with more than 20 years of experience as a Mental Health Nurse, working across a range of NHS and private settings including the Priory Group.
My practice is built on compassion, trust, and collaboration, ensuring you feel truly heard and supported every step of the way.
My counselling approach is Integrative, drawing on a variety of proven therapeutic traditions. Rooted in Person-Centred Theory, my work is also informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic principles, Transactional Analysis, and Inner Child work.
I will tailor my support to your unique needs, creating a safe and empowering space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours - and, most importantly, to help you make meaningful, lasting change.

I offer sessions face-to-face in Central London for those who prefer to meet in person,as well as online sessions that you can join from the comfort of your own home. Whichever suits you best, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
